Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a quick, efficient, and effective approach that can achieve rapid recovery in as little as 1 to 2 sessions. Treatment of post-traumatic stress and anxiety has been shown to improve in one to five sessions, each lasting 75 to 90 minutes.
