Take the Next Step Toward Healing and Clarity
If you’re ready to begin therapy or simply want to learn more about how counselling can help, I’d love to hear from you. Reaching out can feel like a big step, but it’s one that moves you toward greater calm, confidence, and well-being.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress, reaching out is a powerful first step toward change. At Clear Minds Psychology in Calgary, you’ll find a supportive and non-judgmental space where therapy is tailored to your needs.
Book an Appointment or Consultation
I offer therapy for adults and seniors, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, you’re welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and see if it feels like a good fit before booking your first session.
To book an appointment or consultation, you can either:
- Fill out the secure contact form below
- Call or email to arrange a time that works best for you, or
- Click on the ‘Book Online Now’ button at the top of the page
Please note: Appointments are by booking only; walk-ins are not available.
What to Expect When You Reach Out
When you contact Clear Minds Psychology, your message is received directly and handled with care and confidentiality. You’ll receive a personal response, not an automated one, typically within 24–48 business hours.
If you’re reaching out for therapy for the first time, I’ll guide you through the process and help you understand what to expect in your first session.
